Starters

A selection of small plates, 'antipasti', are offered as mixed starters including sliced hams, air dried sausage, pecorino cheese, sun dried tomatos, fresh ricotta and roasted vegetables.

First Course

Freshly made ricotta filled ravioli and the local speciality 'malloreddus alla campidanese' - a small pasta shape served in a tomato and meat ragu - are our typical pasta offerings.

Second Course:Meat

Our specialty. Naturally we offer the Sardinian speciality of 'porchetto' - spit roasted suckling piglet - as well as roasts, stews and grills using lamb, kid goat, pork and beef from our farm.

Contorni

Side dishes of seasonal vegtables and salads, 'pane carasau' - unleavened wafer thin bread, and after dinner biscuits, cakes and fruits are served with all meals.

Drinks

Our red wine is sourced from private producers in the nearby Mandrolisai wine region. We also offer a selection of home made aperitivi and liquers like mirto, acquavita, limoncello and of course, espresso coffee to finish

We actively cater for special dietary needss such as vegeterian and gluten free/ celiac.

Organic Produce
The farm raises animals: sheep, pigs, cattle, goats and poultry from which we produce a variety of cheeses and cured meats such as sausages, salami, bacon, ham, etc. We also grow an extensive range of fruit and vegetables even make honey from our own bees.
Group Bookings
We organise lunches and dinners for wedding parties, birthdays and other group events. Contact us to discuss menu and price; we can also source extra local accommodation further to our 7 double rooms and camping area.
